Parks

Rising Sun is home to three parks. The Pavilion at Veterans Community Park can also be reserved year round for parties and events by going to Town Hall during office hours.

In addition, Rising Sun is home to the Plumpton Park Zoo which offers over 300 species of birds, reptiles, and mammals.  Structures within the park date back to the 18th century.
