The public hearing previously scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2026 at 5:30 PM before the Rising Sun Planning Commission regarding PCLD Case #2026-01 HAS BEEN CANCELLED AT THIS TIME.

This hearing related to the sketch plan review request submitted by Freedom Development LLC for the proposed Amber Fields development consisting of 51 residential dwelling units located in the Maple Heights development, behind Maple Leaf Drive in the R-3 zoning district.

The hearing will be rescheduled to a future date to be determined.

Once a new hearing date has been established, the Town will complete the full public notice process, including proper advertisement and publication, to ensure the hearing is properly noticed to the public.
