- OPENING STATEMENTS BY THE MAYOR This meeting is being conducted in order to discuss possible changes and revisions to Chapter 2 of the Town Code titled Administration & Government. This will be an informational meeting only and no votes will be taken that would imply formal adoption of any revisions to the current ordinance. The meeting will last roughly 2 hours. I would like to appoint the Town Administrator to act as a facilitator to keep the discussion on track and focused on items related to chapter 2. In addition, although workshops are generally conducted without public input, the board would like to hear any questions or comments that the public may have regarding these discussion. However, given the amount of information that needs to be covered we are going to hold public comment until the end of the meeting. We will terminate the discussion portion of this meeting in approximately 1½ hours and will spend the last 30 minutes of the meeting soliciting public comment regarding this subject matter only.
