ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS UNDER CONSIDERATION
Resolution 2010-13 A Resolution providing for the issuance and sale of up to (and including Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) of bonds, to be issued and sold for the purpose of providing funds necessary to pay the cost of various water, sewer and other public improvements for the Town of Rising Sun. Resolution 2010-14: A Resolution providing for the issuance and sale of no more than Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) of bonds anticipation notes to be know as "The Town of Rising Sun, Bond Anticipation Notes" for the purpose of providing funds necessary to pay the cost of various water, sewer and other public improvements for the Town of Rising Sun. These Resolutions are still in draft form and are scheduled for possible adoption at the August 10, 2010 Town Meeting
